What we collect: Your name, email address, business financial data you enter, and QuickBooks Online data you authorize us to read. We do not collect payment card numbers directly — Stripe handles all billing.
How we use it: Solely to provide your Future Engine™ dashboard. We use your financial data to calculate health scores, generate AI insights, and display your dashboard. We do not sell your data to third parties.
QuickBooks data: When you connect QuickBooks Online, we read your bank account balances, invoices, and payments. This data is used only to populate your dashboard. We access it only when you initiate a sync.
AI processing: Your financial metrics are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate weekly narrative insights. No personally identifiable information beyond business metrics is included in these requests.
Data storage: Dashboard data is stored locally in your browser. Account credentials are managed through our secure backend. We do not store your QuickBooks access tokens beyond your session.
Your rights: You can disconnect QuickBooks at any time. You can delete your account by contacting [email protected]. We will remove all associated data within 30 days.

Acceptance: By using Future Engine™, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
License: Future Engine™ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the dashboard for your own business financial management. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the service.
Not financial advice: Future Engine™ provides financial data visualization and AI-generated insights for informational purposes only. Nothing in the application constitutes financial, tax, or legal advice. Always consult qualified professionals for financial decisions.
QuickBooks connection: You authorize Future Engine™ to access your QuickBooks Online data on your behalf. You can revoke this authorization at any time through the app or directly through Intuit.
Payment: Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
Limitation of liability: StrickerCo Solutions LLC is not liable for financial decisions made based on information provided by Future Engine™. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
